Image Analysis Solution on Microsoft Azure Cloud

Constellation Technologies continues working on new solutions for bioinformatics on the cloud. CellProfiler has been deployed on Microsoft Windows Azure to provide its users with a fast and scalable image analysis solution. CellProfiler is free open-source software designed to enable biologists without training in computer vision or programming to quantitatively measure phenotypes from thousands of images automatically.

CellProfiler on Windows Azure is accessible through a simple yet functional web interface which offers basic data management functions and choice of settings for CellProfiler parallelisation.
